Engine Start up Compressors:
1 electrical, made in the City of Herson, 1 mounted on main engine
1 electrical V-type "Atlas Copco" with air cooling (more powerful than two previous ones).
The rest of equipment in the engine room is made in Russia, boiler, pumps, separators. All equipment serviced, checked and certified by the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping in April 2007, June 2009.
Fishing Gear:Lindgren Pitman Superspool II. Consists of two hydraulic line winches with drums and 4 mm line (100 miles long).
Other Equipment: 3000 special snooded hooks for tuna and 1400 snooded hooks for sword fish,six radio buoys, lots of plastic and styrofoam buoys, search and alarm systems.
Vessel is additionally equipped with "Jigging" System and Bottom Longline System.
Hydraulic Crane for loading and unloading fish.
Processing Plant: Is equipped with two 45-ft. containers with Plate Freezers and Two Freezing Chambers in each of them. Containers have Independent Freezing Systems with separate freon tanks. Carlisle compressors 600CC and two air blowers. All equipment made by Carlisle (USA) freon 507 and conforms to Japanese and American standards. Same freon compressors are used for freezing hold. Capacity 4 tons/12 hours, 8 tons/day.
Navigation equipment: Newest models of Furuno radars, sounders, satellite communication system, GMDSS (Global Maritime Distress and Safety System) serviced, checked and certified by the Radio Holland Canada and Russian Maritime Register of Shipping in July 2005 and April 2007 (new inmarsat unit Furuno Felcom-12 installed).
Safety Equipment: Survival Suits, Inflatable Life Rafts made in the USA and serviced. Permanent Chemical Fire fighting System, fire extinguishers, hydrants, fire suits, etc conform to SOLAS specifications, serviced, checked and certified by the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping in April 2007, June 2009.
In April 2007 Vessel Dry Docked at Allied Shipbuilders Ltd. in North Vancouver. Class and all ships documents were renewed for the next 5 years. Last annual survey was done in June 2009.
Notes: In August 2007 all refrigeration systems on board were fully serviced
(cargo hold, freezers, RSW tank)same as hydraulic systems.
New desalination system was installed. Vessel was additionally equipped with "jigging"system and bottom longline system.
Vacuum packing machine is installed in the processing room.
The vessel is presently fishing at a profit, in perfect working condition, has a license to fish in Vanuatu,Tuvalu and international waters, certified with FDA in USA.
Vessel is ready for immediate inspection and delivery!
